High-Security Prison Windows

AMBP is a specialist sub-contractor manufacturing and installing security windows for use in prisons, detention centres, juvenile justice centres, police stations, court houses and other high security applications.

We use CAD modelling software for design work and will manufacture to our designs or to specification for government works.

Window frames are generally manufactured from folded sheet steel or fabricated from steel sections.

We pride ourselves on manufacturing all products in-house. For windows with folded jamb, sill and head details we have CNC sheet metal machinery including turret punch, press brake and guillotine in our Brisbane factory. These tools ensure accurate and high-quality manufacturing.

Window frames fabricated from steel sections are cut, prepared and welded in house. Window frames can be finished with hot-dipped galvanised finish or prime painted for final painting on site.

A variety of glazing materials can be used depending on the application and aesthetics.

The AM Group has supplied and installed security window products to prison projects in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia and Northern Territory.
