The Austral Monsoon Building Products (AMBP) business started in 1972 and traded under the name of Korab Industries. The business was acquired in 1998 by AM Group and the name was changed.

AMBP is a manufacturer of fixed ventilation louvres, operable louvres, sun screens / grilles, security windows and facade products used in commercial and industrial buildings. All products are manufactured in house at our 2,325 m2 factory located in Carole Park, Queensland.
Our manufacturing facilities include:
- sheet metal processing equipment including guillotines, press brake, turret punch, spot welders
- steel fabrication section including metal cutting, punching and welding
- aluminium fabrication
- powder coating line
Products are supplied and installed throughout Australia. AMBP offers an installation service for all our products or alternatively products can be supplied to building sites for others to install.
AMBP is a licenced contractor with the Queensland Building Services Authority (BSA).
